HOW IS BEST TO APPLY LIPSTICK?
There are several ways to apply lipstick. The best way is to firstly get totally smooth lips with MAC Lip Scrubtious. Once suitably scrubbed and soft, prep the lips using Prep & Prime Lip. Begin filling in the lips with the lipstick bullet getting as close to the lip line as you can. Then take a lip pencil and softly start shading the edges of the lips to create a clean, sharp shape.
