WHAT IS CONCEALER?
Concealer’s name says it all: It’s a versatile cosmetic that evens skin tone, helps brighten the undereye areas to eliminate the look of dark circles and conceals blemishes. It’s typically applied after foundation to further even out skin’s complexion.
