All product reviews are subject to M·A·C Cosmetics Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the contents of the foregoing:

a) Reviews will not be posted if (i) any of the content is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringes the intellectual property rights of any party, contains software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam, or (ii) you impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any review.

b) Feedback or issues unrelated to M·A·C Cosmetics goods or services will not be posted. Submitting a review is not a formal complaint channel, and M·A·C Cosmetics is unable to respond directly to you on this platform. If you have a concern, please contact M·A·C Cosmetics Customer Service, and a member of M·A·C Cosmetics’s team will be happy to assist you.

c) By submitting a review, you accept that the information and content submitted in your review may be used to promote M·A·C Cosmetics products in marketing, on its websites globally, in its stores, on websites of third party retailers and on social media platforms, and that your review may be edited for presentational or compliance purposes. M·A·C Cosmetics may also use your e-mail address or other contact information to validate the authenticity of a review or to directly communicate with you regarding your review.
