MAC and Jet2holidays Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: Estee Lauder Cosmetics Limited (trading as MAC Cosmetics) of One Fitzroy, 6 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JJ.

Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc, Estee Lauder Cosmetics Limited (trading as MAC Cosmetics) or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.

No purchase is necessary.

  • Method of Entry

    • • The start date of the prize draw is 12th August 2025, ending at 11.59pm on 24th August 2025.
    • • To enter the MAC and Jet2holidays Prize Draw, complete the entry form on www.maccosmetics.co.uk (the “Entry Site”). You must complete the details required for entry in full and click submit.
    • • A limit of one entry per person will be accepted.
    • • Only fully completed entries will be accepted, and will constitute a valid entry.
    • • Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, including but not limited to commercial Competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from that prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
    • • The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw. Please see our Privacy Policy at https://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/privacy-policy for further details.
    • • When you enter your details on the entry form you will be given the option to opt in to receive communications from the Promoter containing newsletters, surveys or other product and event information or promotions (“Opt-in Communications”). If you later decide that you would no longer like to receive these Opt-In Communications you can change your mind at any time by updating your registration details if you have an online account or by following the unsubscribe link on any opt-In Communication you receive from the Promoter.
    • • No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, illegible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any other reason. Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.

  • Winner Selection

  • 2. The winner of the Prize Draw will be drawn on 1 September 2025 by randomly selecting a winner from all valid, completed entries.
    3. The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed entries.
    4. The prize-winner will be contacted via the email address the entry was submitted from within 48 hours of the winner being selected.5. Should the prize-winner fail to respond to the to the winning email, or be uncontactable, within 48 hours of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another entrant.
    6. The result of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Prize

    7. There will be one winner. who will win two prizes: Jet2holidays prize: £1,000 Jet2holidays voucher (The “Jet2holidays Prize” which is subject to the “Holiday Prize Terms” and the “General Terms”)

    AND

    1. A MAC bundle of product worth £250 for the winner, to be mailed to them; and
    2. A 60 minute make up service for the at their local MAC freestanding store.

    8. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

    (The “MAC Prize” which is subject to the “MAC Prize Terms” and the “General Terms”)

    Holiday prize terms Jet2holidays £1000 Voucher Terms:


    9. The winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £1000. Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, VIBE by Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.
    10. The Winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid at the same time. The voucher must be redeemed by 31st October 2025, and all travel must be completed by 31st March 2027. Booking must be made via email with the Jet2holidays prize winners team.
    11. The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.
    12. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).
    13. Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
    14. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
    15. Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.
    16. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
    17. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
    18. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value, in whole or in part.
    19. If the total cost of the holiday that the winner selects totals less than voucher amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited. If the winner would like to choose a holiday which totals more than the voucher amount, they shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost.
    20. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
    21. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

  • MAC Prize Terms


    22. The prize bundle will consist of a random selection of products, taking into account the winner’s skin tone, worth at least RRP£250. This will be posted to the winner’s address by the Promoter.
    23. The in store service is subject to booking availability at the relevant MAC Freestanding Store and must be booked prior to 31 December 2025. The winner shall be responsible for any travel required to get to and from the store. The service may be booked online via www.maccosmetics.co.uk.

  • Promoter’s Liability

    24. So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:.

    1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and
    2. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of the prize, and
    3. any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

    • 25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way limit the Promoter’s (or any other person or organisation’s) liability for (i) fraud, or (ii) death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • General


    26. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy http://www.jet2.com/privacy).
    27. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays)
    28. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
    29. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
    30. Where the Promoter is unable to satisfy certain terms and conditions of this promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter may modify such terms accordingly or, if necessary, suspend or discontinue the promotion.
    31. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
    32. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Promotion are governed by the law of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
