I Only Wear M·A·C Competition Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Estee Lauder Cosmetics Limited (trading as MAC Cosmetics) of One Fitzroy, 6 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JJ.

Eligibility to Enter:

Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Estee Lauder Cosmetics Limited (trading as MAC Cosmetics) or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once..

No purchase is necessary.

  • Method of Entry

    • • The start date of the prize draw is 21st February 2026, ending at 5pm on 22nd February 2026.
    • • To enter the MAC Prize Draw, complete the entry form on www.maccosmetics.co.uk following the QR code at the Pop-Up Event (the “Entry Site”). You must complete the details required for entry in full and click submit.
    • • A limit of one entry per person will be accepted.
    • • Only fully completed entries will be accepted, and will constitute a valid entry.
    • • Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, including but not limited to commercial Competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from that prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
    • • The Promoter will use each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw. Please see our Privacy Policy at https://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/privacy-policy for further details.
    • • When you enter your details on the entry form you will be given the option to opt in to receive communications from the Promoter containing newsletters, surveys or other product and event information or promotions (“Opt-in Communications”). If you later decide that you would no longer like to receive these Opt-In Communications, you can change your mind at any time by updating your registration details if you have an online account or by following the unsubscribe link on any opt-In Communication you receive from the Promoter.
    • • No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, illegible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any other reason. Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.

    • Winner Selection

    • • The winner of the Prize Draw will be drawn on 27th February 2026 by randomly selecting a winner from all valid, completed entries, using random selection software
    • • The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed entries.
    • • The prize-winner will be contacted via the email address the entry was submitted from within 48 hours of the winner being selected
    • • Should the prize-winner fail to respond to the to the winning email, or be uncontactable, within 48 hours of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another entrant.
    • • The result of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • The Prize

    • There will be one winner. who will win two prizes:

      • 1. A MAC bundle of products worth over £440 for the winner, to be mailed to them; and
      2. A 60-minute personalised make up experience with Dominic Skinner
    • • The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
    • • The prize bundle will consist of a random selection of products, taking into account the winner’s skin tone, worth at least RRP£440. This will be posted to the winner’s address by the Promoter.
    • • The makeup experience will take place at the Estee Lauder Companies offices at an agreed date & time between winner and artist.

      Promoter’s Liability

    • So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:.
    1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and
    2. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of the prize, and
    3. any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
    4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way limit the Promoter’s (or any other person or organisation’s) liability for (i) fraud, or (ii) death or personal injury caused by negligence.

General

  • • If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
  • • Where the Promoter is unable to satisfy certain terms and conditions of this promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter may modify such terms accordingly or, if necessary, suspend or discontinue the promotion.
  • • The Promoter will provide the prize-winner’s surname and county of residence to the Advertising Standards Authority on request from the ASA.
  • • By entering the Free Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their names and counties of residence may be released if they win a prize. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
  • • These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Promotion are governed by the law of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
