A translucent gel that can be used with Pigment and Glitter to allow you to customise the colours and textures of your makeup. The formula utilises a unique blend of polymers to provide superior adhesion for Glitter and Pigment particles. It contains derivatives of vitamins A, C and E to help protect the skin, as well as green tea extract to help soothe the skin. The formula is safe for all skin types and is safe for use in the eye area.
