HOW CAN I BOOK A MAC MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?
- Feature-Focused Applications are available by walk-in only and are subject to Artist availability. These complimentary services are approximately 15 minutes and concentrate on one facial feature.
- Full-Face Applications and Group Glam Services are by reservation only. You can book your appointment online or in-store by visting or calling your preferred store location. Click here to be taken to our Online Appointment Booking system so you can book an appointment now!
HOW MUCH DO MAC MAKEUP SERVICES COST?
MAC offers a range of FREE Feature-Focused Applications, in addition to Full-Face and Group Glam Services, which allow you to pay in product to cover the cost of your appointment. See the full pricing breakdown by category below:
Feature-Focused Applications:
- Aproximately 15 minutes and are completely complimentary. (Yes, FREE!)
- Available by walk-in only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Feature-Focused or Full-Face Applications:
- Master Every Day Makeup: Applications range from 30-90 minutes and are redeemable against MAC product purchases at time of service.
- Get Ready > Go Out: Applications range from 30-90 minutes and are redeemable against MAC product purchases at time of service.
- Sharpen Your Skills: Applications range from 30-90 minutes and are redeemable against MAC product purchases at time of service.
Group Glam Services:
- MAC It A Party:
Applications range from 60-90 minutes and are redeemable against MAC product purchases at time of service per guest. Available at select locations.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
If your appointment is at a MAC freestanding store location and you booked the appointment through the Online Appointment Booking tool, you can cancel or modify the appointment through the booking system. If you booked the appointment over the phone or in person, please contact the store to modify or cancel your appointment.
