On the delivery date you selected, a message is sent to the recipient informing him or her of your gift. When an eGift Card is sent, the recipient receives a personalized email containing the gift card code, gift card value, and any optional message included by the purchaser.

eGift Cards are sent directly to the recipient immediately after the purchase is completed.

Please see the terms on the Card itself for the expiration date, if any. Cards purchase on and from 28 September 2026 will expire two (2) years from the date the Card was issued. Cards purchase before 28 September 2026 will expire after two (2) years, being 28 September 2028.

If you cannot locate your eGift Card, please contact Customer Care for assistance.For security reasons, the full gift card number cannot be retrieved or shared once issued. If your eGift Card was delivered to an email address that you can still access, Customer Care may be able to resend the gift card email to that same email address.The resent email will include your gift card details, including the current available balance.For identification purposes, Customer Care may reference only the last four digits of the gift card number.If you no longer have access to the original email address, the existing gift card may be deactivated and a replacement gift card issued for any remaining balance, subject to verification and applicable terms and conditions.We will replace eGift Cards that are lost only if the purchaser’s confirmation email is presented as proof of purchase.
