When you order from MAC Cosmetics online, you can choose to have all the items in your order delivered to your billing address or to another address. Should you wish to deliver to an alternative address you can do this at checkout or within My MAC.
Please use the store locator at the bottom left of the home page to find your nearest store.
If you have a M·A·C Cosmetics Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your M·A·C Cosmetics Online orders.

We do not deliver to Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and ROW through maccosmetics.co.uk. We are however able to deliver to some of these addresses through our Mail Order service. Please call 0870 034 2676 to see if they deliver to your address.

Next day delivery is only available if you order before 12 midday the day before you want to receive the order.
You would need to contact our Consumer Care Centre on 0800 074 6905 who will be able to assist you.

We apologise for discontinuing your favourite M·A·C Cosmetics product - before doing so we take into account many important factors:
1. Another similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance. 2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate. 3. Customer preferences, purchasing patterns.

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the purchase amount.
When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. Regrettably, delivery and handling fees are not refundable. If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made in a M·A·C store or partnered retail location may not be returned to M·A·C Cosmetics Online. If you are experiencing problems adding your address online select the option 'enter address manually', alternatively you can always call our Customer Service advisors on 0870 034 2999 who will be able to assist you.
If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company (DHL), you can track your order by clicking on the link of you despatch email. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services department on +44 (0)870 034 2999, 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and we will follow it up on your behalf.
However, before you call, please read your order confirmation email to check the delivery option you have chosen. Please also check what time you placed your order any orders placed after 12 noon will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.
Limited edition products are available both online and in store. We do however, have both in store and online exclusives, please sign up to our newsletters to find out more.
The M·A·C PRO Membership Programme is a paid for membership program open to makeup artists and other creative talent who use makeup as a primary part of their work. The programme offers the makeup professional a direct link to the M·A·C world as well as member-exclusive benefits and discounts. For further information about programme eligibility and details about membership benefits please visit M·A·C PRO or contact 0870 034 2676 (available Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm). PRO products are available from our Soho, London store or through mail order 0870 034 2676. PRO cards are accepted in every free standing store (expect Brown Thomas Dublin)

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
Item(s) not available. Difficulty in processing payment information. Cannot deliver to address provided. Duplicate order was placed. Cancelled due to a customer request. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
Because we share your commitment to the environment, M·A·C accepts returns of its primary packaging through the Back to M·A·C Program. By returning six [6] M·A·C primary packaging containers to a M·A·C counter or M·A·C Cosmetics Online, you receive a free M·A·C Lipstick of your choice as our thanks to you. Since 100% of the retail selling price of Viva Glam Lipsticks is provided to organizations that help people living with HIV/AIDS, these colours are excluded from this program.
In countries where it is permissible, the returned packaging is forwarded to appropriate waste management centres to recycle/reuse through energy recovery. M·A·C will continue to explore alternative means of waste disposal in all markets. |
