You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order before placing it. |

When you've completed shopping, click the "View Bag" link found on each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change your shopping bag contents during checkout prior to clicking on Continue with Checkout.
After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 0800 054 2999 for assistance.

Click on “My M·A·C” to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Deleting items from your shopping bag
If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “My M·A·C” and select the "remove" link to the left of the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
Using the Shopping Bag Page
a. To Edit Item Quantity - click on the quantity box, change the number and click the "Update Quantity" button to complete the changes.
b. To Delete an Item - select the "remove" link. To complete the changes, click the "Update Quantity" button on the left hand area of the page.
c. To Continue Shopping - click on "Continue Shopping" which will return you to the previously viewed page. To go to a different location at M·A·C Cosmetics Online, click on the desired link at the top of the page.
d. To proceed to "Checkout" - click on the "Continue Checkout" button at the top or bottom of the page.
e. To save a product to your favorites – click on “move to favorites” below the product name. The product will then be moved to your favorites section in "My M·A·C". To access your favorites from any computer, please register or sign in with your account.
